I made the chicken dish, except the Kraft Food & Family Magazine suggested 4 large bone-in chicken breast, 4 large potatoes cut into wedges, smother it with Zesty Italian salad dressing, top with grated parmesean cheese...pop in a 400 degree F oven for about an hour.....SO GOOD!

The Veggies need pre-cooking so they will be tender, but over all a good recipe

I did the chicken and vegetables bake and also did the "so simple" cauliflower mash recipe (using low fat ranch dressing) and the combination was absolutely delicious!

This recipe is very quick and easy! I have made a few of the combinations already for my family and even my picky toddler loves it!

I put the zesty Italian dressing all over the veggie mix (used frozen string beans/broccoli/carrot) and added a drop of water here and there. I think this helped with the cooking time of the veggies. Then put over a bed of rice. Was a big hit with my son...he wants it everyday of the week.

Tasted abit overcooked. I think baking it 20 minutes rather than 30 is good enough. Maybe taste nicer with chicken thigh.

Its great to cook everything in one dish I love the time it saves. Nancy

Even though I cut the veggies very small, they needed at least another half hour to be tender. Also, the chicken could have used more salt or seasoning.

The chiken came out great!! However, the vegies(small cut potatoes, celery &scallions) were not cooked after 1/2 hour at 400 degrees. Had to cook vegies for 25 minutes more before done. Cooked on a new commercial oven and followed recipe to a tee.
