I made this for a pot luck in my child development class. Everyone in there thought I was crazy, but when they tried them they were hooked!

I made these for my wedding reception and they went like crazy. I had used 12 packs of ham, and 4 large jars of baby dill pickles. They were gone before the night was half over. Very Delicious snack for my kids as well. They love it.

I loved this recipie. I made it as a healthy snack and loved it. It may sound gross, but the flavor is superb. It is also good on bread as a sandwich.

I made these for a party and received tons of compliments. They are so easy to make, but look like they take a long time. I use a whole pickle and then slice it into circles. I also used green onions and just wrapped the bottom with the meat and cream cheese. They made a wonderful presentation.

I loved this recipe so much and my family loved it too. It is a very simple appetizer to make and it makes a nice presentation it you add parsley and toothpicks in each one. Instead of just plain cream cheese it adds a kick if you use chive cream cheese.

Any even easier way to do this is to use chopped up lunch meat, pickle relish, and softened cream cheese, mix them together, and form a ball. Now you have spread for crackers! We roll ours in chopped walnuts to make it fancier, or shape it like a footbal to make it fun.

Every last one was gone and FAST! I used a little bit of dry ranch mix in with the cream cheese and it gave it great extra flavor. Would highly, highly recommed
