I make this recipe every Christmas and send it overseas to my nephews in the military. All their buddies give it a thumbs up.

I made this and my hubby who doesn't like sweets much devoured them. I made 60 cookies on Sunday and Monday sent the last 7 to work with him. He shared with 3 guys at work and called and ask me to make them some more. They ALL loved them. They melt in your mouth and not to sweet. Easy to make too. I rolled mine then to the fridge then as I cooked them rolled them like a snake and shaped them. presto.

I have made this twice now. First time followed the recipe and they were fantastic. Second time used reduced fat cream cheese and an extra 1/2 tsp of almond extract and again..FANTASTIC!!!

These were so good that the first time I made them for Christmas, I had to make a second batch before the family gathering because the first one was already gone!

Pretty good recipe. My son liked it so it's a keeper. Not too sweet. Somewhat bland. I mixed all in my food processor and the result was great. Very easy to make. I rolled the dough between my palms to form the crescent shape. These cookies to do not spread much so you can pile quite a few on a cookie sheet. I only yielded about 4 dozen cookies rather than the 5 dozen as stated.

I made these cookies for a bake sale at work, everyone loved them. They sold out fast. I really enjoyed making them and I will make them again.
