To my surprise, this was awesome! If I didn't know better I would say I was eating whipped potatoes. I love the light texture it has and the flavor was spot on. I did use the onion and chives cream cheese for a little extra "umph".

Can't believe how much I ready like it. My husband will not even know that it's not mashed potatoes. I did add one potatoe in it and more parmesan cheese. It will become a regular at my home.

Great recipe! Will definitly make again! My fiance and I love it. I added a little garlic powder, onion powder and pepper for a little extra flavor. It was very easy and quick to make.

Made the recipe, but with mix of frozen peas and cauliflower. Did not use processor, just zapped veggies until just tender. I heated chive and garlic philly cheese with some heavy cream. Added Salt and Pepper and dried blend of chili peppers...came out great, my guests loved it, none left. They wanted the recipe.

Loved this recipe. I thought it tasted comparable to mash potatoes, which is good because my husband is allergic to potatoes.

My whole family loves this recipe! And there are so many fun ways to change it up by adding different herbs or seasonings instead of dill. I highly recommend it!

I thought this was a lovely side dish. Easy to make, and very subtle. Plus, if you use a low-cal, low-fat version in combination with the cauliflower, you feel good inside and out.
