I didn't have any dill, so what I did to season this dish, by adding garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper and a little bit more of the cheese's... This dish turned out so delicious I love the fun twist and how it is also very healthy It was well received by all who ate it... Thanks again...

THIS WAS REAL GOOD! I PUT EXTRA CHEESE & JUST MASHED IT UP LIKE POTATOES, EVEN MY KIDS EAT IT. ITS HARD GETTING THEM TO EAT VEGES.

I mixed half a head of cauliflower in with my mashed potatoes...added butter and salt and pepper to the cream cheese and dill...this WILL make you like cauliflower even if you didn't before. Plus, kids don't even know it's there until they fall in love with it and you tell them!

This recipe won't make you like cauliflower if you didn't already. My family and I like cauliflower, so we found this to be pretty good. However, it's just plain cauliflower so it's not very zesty. We sprinkled a bit of sharp cheddar on the top instead of parmasian and that seemes to liven it up a bit, and I found that if I add salt to the water I boil it in that helps as well. This dish really cleanses the pallet so I like to pair it with something with very strong flavor.

This was very good. A great way to make califlower, but was a little bland. Definately needs salt and pepper.

I tried adding more spices to it but it was still not very tasty.

I served this side to my pickey boyfriend; he loved it - he said to make it again anytime.

I fixed this last night for dinner and enjoyed the unique flavor although it is quite bland. I had to add salt and pepper to give some more taste. Overall I was satisfied & our dinner guests liked how different it was. Thanks, Jill in KY

Very good recipe. I didn't have a food processor so I tried mashing it by hand and it turned out fine. It was as creamy but it still was great.

Loved it, I made this last thanksgiving but was recently mentioning the recipe to some friends. Healthy alternative and delicious, as well as being something different and flavorful that is a great side dish.
