This was sick. They try to make it sound like it would be all creamy and good with the cream cheese. They have no flavor, just not good. Do not waste your time or money making this unless you like lumpy tasteless food.

This is a great substitute for mashed potatoes. You can hardly tell it is cauliflower (and much healthier!).

This recipe made the cauliflower too creamy for my family. We like to be able to have our caulifower more crunchy. To us this was more like cauliflower -cheese soup. Sorry, I don't think I will make it again.

I made this for my family and they loved it. I steamed the cauliflower and it came so creamy. I have made it more than once and will certainly make it again.

Finally discovered a way that I like cooked cauliflower! I used fresh parsley instead of dillweed. Yum!

Perfect for my low fat low carb diet. And the fact that I can add this as a veggie is fab.

The recipe is very good. It is so easy to make and you would never know that it is cauliflower! I haven't made it with parmasean cheese, but I am sure it would be great with it also. It is a great side that is very quick and easy.

It was great!! Even those who hate cauliflower enjoyed it. My niece and nephew were intrigued with the recipe and actually tried it. They liked it so well that they copied the recipe to try at home because it did NOT "taste" like cauliflower.
