Nice to have something you can make as a large batch and just reheat when needed.

Very good!! Added a pkg. of dry onion soup mix. Husband- who never comments- said these were very good!! INtend to use extras in sandwiches and BBQ'd.

I made these a froze them. Later in the week we had friends for dinner, 6 of us to be exact. I made my own spagetti sauce and added the meatballs only to get them warmed and saturated in sauce. They were wonderful. Everyone loved them, and there were none left. They froze beautifully and made my dinner so much easier and delicious!

My family loved this recipe and said they were even better the next day. I made them and also made homemade spaghetti sauce. I made a double recipe and made a meatloaf out of part of it and it was delicious.

I make these in a muffin tin(foil ones). I buy a pack of 2 and use both of the pans. I just mix the meat up and shape into meatballs, spray the muffin tin with Pam. Cooks up great and its convenient!

What I love about meatballs is that they make great sandwiches and they are so easy to freeze.

Very easy to make. I will make these again for me and my 5 year old. Very moist and flavorful. I think that I will add some green pepper and onions next time for a twist.

These meatballs are so delicious. My family loved them. I added 1/4 cup of chopped onion, 2 tb. of chopped green bell pepper, and 1/4 ts. of oregano. I prefer my meatballs moist and this recipe is perfect. I don't own a lot of professional bakeware; but I came up with a way to make your meatballs less greasy. Take a rectangular, shallow baking dish and line it with aluminum foil; on top of this add a cooling rack. Spray the rack with baking spray and put your meatballs on top. This way your meatballs do not soak up all that grease and clean-up is easier.
