Makes a TON of yummy meatballs, and that was perfect for the party we had. Easy recipe as well!

I really liked this recipe although I did add a few ingredients like italian seasonings and salt and I used about two-thirds of the stuffing mix. Since I only have three members in my family, I used the left over meatballs to make meatball sandwiches. I will definitely make these again perhaps for my daughter's birthday party.

As other raters have commented, this recipe needs more seasoning. I put in italian seasoning, and it was good. The meatballs look a little funny, though, with little bread cubes sticking out of them...

I just made these for supper and they were very good and very moist. Alot more moist that frying them in the skillet. Plus it was so much easier cooking them in the oven. I added some extra italian seasoning and some onion and accidentially forgot to add the parmesan cheese, but they were still very good. I will make these agian!!!

I'm not a big fan of meatballs but I LOVED these! I cut the recipe in half and it was perfect for three eaters (not big or small eaters). I also accidentally used 2 eggs in the half recipe and they ended up being VERY moist and delicious!!

I rated this recipe as 'good' because I didn't follow the exact recipe. I didn't have stuffing mix on hand, so I left that and the water out; also I forgot about the garlic until we were eating dinner. But this was the first time I baked meatballs; usually I make them in the crockpot. I will be making these again, but with garlic next time. I will never go back to crockpot meatballs again!

I had never made meatballs before and I wanted to make some to add with a pasta dish. They turned out very good. My 5 year old son doesnt usually eat meat but he loved these!
