I omitted the processed cheese and used shredded mild cheddar cheese. Everyone thought it was very good.

I eliminated the velveeta, used cream of mushroom soup and topped with shredded cheese! YUM! We DEVOURED IT!

I really didn't care for this recipe, the flavor was not good and it was too watery.

This was so easy and delicious. My family loved it and I will be making it on a regular basis. I took the advice of some of the other posters and seasoned the meat before cooking but I don't think I will add any salt next time because I found it plenty salty enough. Anyway. it was a hit.

I added some spices to the mix and then topped the whole thing with French's onions for added flavor. Very good, my whole family enjoyed!

My family loved this. I cute the velveta in 1/2 inch cubes and it didn't seem to melt very great upon baking. I would cut the velveta as small as you can.
