This is super yummy, easy, and not too expensive. My fiance hates stuffing, absolutely hates it, but loves this dish. He and my 11 year old daughter ask for it often. I make the reciepe as is.

I don't like stuffing so I mixed bread crumbs and some melted butter and drizzeled that on top instead. It turned out great!

I didnt cut the cheese in small enough cubes. And I used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken.

Made this dish last night using 2 lbs of chicken, 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken, no changes to broccoli, Stove top, or Velveeta. It was a huge hit and I brought leftovers to work today and have already given the recipe out to several co-workers. What I keep hearing as people walk by my area at work is, "Man, someone's lunch smells really good!"

This is a really good, quick family dinner. The crunch from the Stove Top Stuffing adds a seasonal element to the dish. I would recommend melting the Velveeta in the microwave before mixing it with the other ingredients-instead of just keeping it cubed. It mixes better, and doesn't leave clumps of cheese in the bake. Great recipe :)
