My husband is a vegetarian (I'm not) and this is one of his favorite recipes! I like it because soy is so much lower in calories. Our kids like it too and we have one extremely picky eater!

1st time using or even having boca... now I know why. This was possibly the nastiest thing I've ever tasted.

Was really good. I added some A-1 to the recipe and my family loved it.

I made this recipe twice, the second time using less BBQ sauce. Honestly, I didn't care for it. My boyfriend liked it (he's not very picky), but I prefer the traditional meatloaf with the meat substituted for soy crumbles.

Changed the recipe a little - We used regular hamburger meat and used about a handful of shredded cheddar cheese. Very tasty with the BBQ sauce.

So so bad. Awful taste and smell

This tasted awful. I'm leaving out the BBQ sauce if I make this again, it was just awful. It had a very strong, foul pungent taste. The ingredients must not agree with each other.

as a newlywed I know meatloaf is a toughy to cook, so I decided to go for the challenge. My husband LOVED IT!! but it was hard to keep together; too moist. Otherwise, it was great. My mom asked me for the recipe!

Ok, a good low fat/calorie substitute for Meatloaf. It didn't stay together well like regular meatloaf. I wouldn't use seasoned breadcrumbs, it throws in too many flavors. Very simple and fast to prepare!
