Good, but took longer to cook than what recipe stated.

This was very good and did not take much time to fix. My grandchild like it and wanted more. We only had one pice left.

This was absolutely wonderful! I followed the directions exactly, and would not make any changes. Kids and adults loved it! Great for a fall evening or Thanksgiving dinner. I will definitely be making this again.

Cut my 4lb loin in half and made 2 loins. I also changed the apples and dried fruit to 3 cups of mixed dried fruit only. Turned out great.

I took this Harvest Pork Loin to my church dinner and everyone loved it. There was not one crumb left to take home.

This is a great recipe, but the one thing that I found was that you really have to make sure you put the stuffed roast in the pan seam side down. Somehow mine landed off to the side. It was still excellent but would have looked prettier if the seam side had been down, keeping it neatly in a roll. Also, many times pork needs gravy but I think gravy would have spoiled the great tastes of the pork and stuffing together.

My kids and husband ask for this again and again! Excellent flavor!

I found it difficult to stuff as directed in the recipe. I believe it would have worked better had the pork been cut like a brasciole. It would have been easier to roll and tie. I butterflied as mentioned but the stuffing was popping out like an overstuffed sausage.
