I made this to impress a guy on our second date so that he would ask me out again. It worked! (He married me.) And i have since made this for it's wonderful flavor and taste. Not only that, but it's easy!

I served this for a Christmas party and got a great deal of compliments. The recipe is easy to prepare. I will definitely try this again!

This was the best tasteing loin i have had in a while. it was only my Wife and i so i cut the recipe in half except for the cranberries and a few extra pecans, also about 15 to 20 minutes before it was done i covered it with honey it was Great!

This pork loin is out of this world. I added more cranberries and nuts. I also made a fruit reduction with cherry juice as a sauce. My guests raved!

I put poultry seasoning on the pork loin and then rolled it up. It is a great recipe for a crowd.

The pork could have used a little more seasoning prior to stuffing, but otherwise it was very good.

We had this at one of our dinner parties, and everyone oohed and aahhed over it all night. I will definetely make it again!!

I made this for a Friday night dinner with friends. The sweetness of the stuffing was a bit for some but we all enjoyed it. I will have to try the overn bag idea.
