This was a huge hit at our Christmas Dinner. The Family wants to make it a tradition, starting this year! It was delicious!

I loved it! I bought some Dark Chocolate Raspberry Daisies out of a fundraiser. and this tastes just like it! At first I had a probelms with making the garnish, but If you put the melted chocolate between two pieces of wax paper and use a rolling pin to flatten it, you should get a level piece and smooth on both sides!

It was very hard to guage if it was done or not and I probably overcooked it. I won't make it again only because it is a little more tricky and I don't like second guessing.

When making this dessert, I decided to use sugar free jello. The consistency of the finished cake was quite dense. It tasted good but it left me wondering if the sugar free jello was to blame or if that is the way the dessert was supposed to be. Does anyoone know the answer to this.? I suppose I will just make it again with regular jello and then compare the results.

It was so easy to prepare and so delicious. My husband enjoyed it so much, I will make another this weekend. YUM!

This recipe is easier to make than a box cake and looks very professional. My guests loved this cake and I'll make it again. My grand children have decided this is the cake to have for all occasions.
