Made this torte for the 1st time for a BIG football party - it was so easy and came out PERFECTLY. Made a HUGE hit at the party. I can hardly make enough copies of the recipe.

This was a very easy recipe to make and unbelievably FAB!! It was even better the next day - there were leftovers only because I made it for Thanksgiving and we're a multiple dessert family! Next time I'm going to try it with vanilla cool whip.

The consistency of this cake was it's biggest surprise. It was like eating a truffle! I served it at Thanksgiving and two days later made another one, this time using white chocolate and orange Jell-O. This too was very good. The frosting in both dark and white chocolate versions was divine! Best of all it was easy and quick to make.

I made two of these for the Thanksgiving dinners I was invited to, and it got absolutely rave reviews, despite me having to improvise on the baking time due to a broken oven :( I will definitely keep this recipe on my short list of yummy desserts :)

I made this for a church dessert auction and got $30 for it! It was easy, yummy and pleasing to the eye. I am making it again for thanksgiving.

This was absolutely awsome and easy! My mother in law loved it, as well as the family and friends that we entertained for dinner. The recipe does need to state 12 oz of semi sweet chocolate tho. I mixed semi and unsweetened chocolate and my husband the true chef was able to taste the 3 differences in the Torte/frosting/garnish. We loved it. A+++++++

I made this recipe for guests coming over, and everyone raved about it. I rarely bake, but this was SO easy, and delicious. My husband called it "phenomenal"! One note on ingredients: the recipe ingredient list only calls for 1 pkg (8 sq.) of Semi-Sweet baking chocolate, but if you want to make the garnish, you need one more package (4 more squares).

This recipe was so easy and even more easy to enjoy! I don't even consider myself a chocolate lover and I found it a great treat!
