Gross! Watery and thin, couldn't even taste the gravy. And there is nothing even close to a "pot pie" about it. Probably the worse recipe I've made from this site, unfortunatly.
I used my homemade southern style cornbread dressing instead of stove top. Also added frozen mixed veg and broccoli cuts instead of the other veggies. Added shredded cheddar cheese in last 5 minutes of baking to top. This recipe was quick and easy and used up my leftovers. It was good and changed it up enough to seem like you were not still eating leftovers. I would highly recommend this recipe!
What a great way to use leftover turkey. I used frozen broccoli with cheese sauce for my veggies and I added shredded cheddar to it before I put on the stuffing. It was really delicious and my kids liked it too.
Oh, not good. I thought this recipe would be good for leftover turkey... next time I'll just make a sandwich.
I mixed everything together and used chicken gravy since that was all I had. Put shredded cheddar chese on top the last 5 minutes. It was great! I was suprised how moist it was. Great way to use that leftover Thanskgiving turkey.
I don't know what else I can say but delicious! I loved this recipe!
Good for a quick, weeknight dinner. I used canned chicked to make it even faster!
I did use chicken instead of the turkey because that is what I had on hand. I boiled carrots myself and then sliced them myself because I don't like canned or frozen carrots. I also cut up fresh mushrooms and I did use frozen peas. We though it was good, but it seemed to be missing something. I may try mixing in some sour cream or powdered gravy mix, prepared, to the regular gravy mix for flavor next time. I will make this recipe again, but I may try to jazz it up next time.
My kids liked this a lot. It was easy to make and tasted very good. I used chicken instead of turkey and added 1/4 cup of light sour cream to the turkey gravy. It only added 63 calories to the entire recipe and it gave it a creamier taste. I will make this a regular on our menu.
This was excellent. I did use leftover chicken instead of Turkey, just because I didn't have any turkey. Very simple, and didn't take too long to eat it all!!
