I changed the recipe a bit. I used ground turkey, cashews, added spices, and more cheese. Its absolutly yummy! My fiance doesnt like trying new things, but now this is one of his favorite meals!

I made this recipe the other night and it was excellent. I didnt use the pecans but, I added cooked ground beef and misc. spices and cooked as directed.

acorn sqush are a good for you veg.look for them at your local farmers market.
