This recipe not only looks great, it also tastes great. It was a huge hit at my family Christmas party. I will definately make this again.

BIG party hit!! I made 4 "pinecones" - one large, two medium, and a little guy. All but the little one were flat-bottomed. They still looked beautiful! (The one shown didn't look as big as all the cream cheese I had, and so I made them "my" way. They are really tasty, and go better with "bland" tasting crackers so the taste of the cracker doesn't diminish the taste of the spread.

This is yummy! I've made it for Christmas, family dinners, & baby showers. Everyone asks for the recipe! When I have time or want it fancy, I do the almonds as shown. If I'm in a hurry,I just cover the sides with the almonds.

Actually, my 14 year old daughter made it. that tells you how easy it was.. And everybody was delighted with the flavor and of course the shape! Specially for the holidays.. A success!

Big hit at two recent parties. I've been asked for the recipe more then once. I did add a few dashes of Tabasco for an extra kick.
