Nice change from the usual. I added the toasted almonds to the mixture - food processor worked great (blender, not so much). I rolled the spread into balls, covered with parmesan cheese and made a snowman rather than a pinecone.

Made this and took it to work. It was gone within minutes! Everyone commented on how great it both looked and tasted.

This recipe was fun and easy to make. I thought it could also be a little more creamer. The texture was just a bit dry.

This recipe was very good. Everyone commented how nice it tasted. While I was making it the amond slices kept breaking, so I ended up chopping them and just rolling the cheese spread into a ball and into the nuts. It still looked nice and tasted delicious. I will definitely make this again.

This was yummy and very easy to make. My 6 year old did all the work and was very proud of her pinecone appetizer on Christmas Day

Recipe is easy and serves well. Be sure to set out a bit before serving. It does however, need garlic powder and cumin to add taste.

I made this recipe last year for a catered party. Everyone loved it. There were no leftovers. I shaped it like the pine cone but covered the cheese spread with spiced toasted almonds that I had made. This one is a keeper.

We added a little more crushed red pepper, cumin and just rolled sliced almonds .
