I used the ham and made double for Bunko group of 12. Only one roll-up remained when we were done because no one wanted to eat the last one. I also was unable to find the spinach tortillas so I just used flour tortillas.

Next time I would use a little less smoked salmon. It was kinda stong tasting.

It was tasty and different for some people. I would suggest putting something with a crunch in it like green peppers or onions. That would have made it perfect.

I tried this recipe as a low calorie afternoon snack and it was fine but I will most likely not make it again. I was not wild about the chive and onion cream chese. If you like roll ups it would probably be a good choice. I had never had roll ups before and I don't think I will again.

I did this recipe using turkey & ham instead of salmon and I omitted the spinach (due to the e coli outbreak right now). It was a big hit. I think I'll try it with the veggie cream cheese next time.

The first time I made this it was a HIT! I substituted honey ham for the salmon and added roasted red peppers. My guest went NUTS over them. I'm going to experiment with other fillings and hopefully they will be as delicious. I'm thinking procuitto, artichokes, rr peppers and sharp provolone. Yum!!

I used flower tortillas and shaved ham. It was delicious. Next time I will use smoked salmon and, hopefully, will find spinach tortillas.

Outstanding!! Especially for those that love smoked salmon as much as we do. Will make this again for the next special occasion. Thank you. Gregg

My family really enjoyed this , it was refreshing and really "LITE" I used shaved hame instead of smoke salmon. My husband was delighted and that says a lot. I will be making this a part of my weekly meals.
