Everyone loved this recipe and I could have made more. It really went over big with my guest and family. The only difference I made was I used lettuce instead of spinach and I used thin sliced ham and also put slices of chees in and rolled it up in a tortilla. Loved by all. Thank you.
My family raved about this recipe. Only thing was we had to double the ingredients (cheese spread, salmon and feta). to cover the 4 spinach-flavored flour tortillas. I highly recommend this recipe!
Big Hit!
I made this recipe for a bayb shower and everyone enjoyed it. There were gone in no time! The only change I made was that I doubled the amount of salmon in the recipe. DianeM -New Jersey
I made this for my holiday get together with friends and I added for salmon then the recipe called for. Very big hit. Very, very tasty.
I made this recipe for an appetizer on New Years Eve. It was a big hit. Everyone commented on how the salmon and cream cheese filling gave it an amazing taste. I do agree that you need to add more salmon to make it work, so I doubled the amount.
Bland? I thought a breath mint was essential after the delcious bites! But I also doubled the salmon. It's easy to see when you go to roll them up that more is needed.
I made these for a Christmas party and had several people ask for the recipe. I thought they were quite good although I agree that they need more salmon. I doubled the recipe and used 16 oz. of salmon total. The double recipe filled a platter nicely.
This recipe was very pretty but quite bland in taste. It needs something to give it some zip! 6 ounces of salmon is not enough (it needs at least 9 oz.)
Made for a party. Turned out smaller than I thought. I might try it again with ham or turkey.
