I made these for lunch today and all I can say is YUMMY. I made a few changes to the recipe, I used dill instead of thyme like another user did and I added a little garlic powder to the shrimp mixture. They turned out great. Will be making these again.

I MADE THIS RECIPE FOR FRIENDS SERVING IT WITH A CRISP WHITE WINE. I USED FRESH DILL INSTEAD OF THE THYME IT LOOKS FRESH AND SO COMPLIMENTARY TO THE SEAFOOD. IT WAS A GREAT SUCCESS AND PLAN TO DO IT AGAIN FOR THANKSGIVING.

I made this appetizer for my cooking final and the judges loved it! For some reason mine didn't look anything like the ones in the picture. The breadcrumbs actually made it more greyish, but it was still incredibly delicious. To give it more of a punch, I added a spoonful of black pepper, but didn't salt it.

This was so good. I cut the recipe in half because I made this for dinner for my husband and I. He loved it. It was so easy and felt so light. I would make this again for dinner or for family get togethers.

This recipe was so great. I made it for a bridal shower and all the guests loved it. They ate it in one sitting! I cut the bread into themed hearts and an "M" for the bride and groom's first names. These were such a hit! Will certainly do it again!

I made these for a cook out and everyone loved them. My mother made me make some for a baby shower the following weekend and they were a hit there also. The only thing is they are not as good after they get cold, you want to make them right before you are ready to eat them.
