What You Need

cans (7.5 oz. each)
refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
3/4
cup
granulated sugar
1
Tbsp.
ground cinnamon
1/2
cup
butter or margarine
, melted
4
oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.)
PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
, softened
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
1 to 2
Tbsp.
milk
Make It
HEAT
oven to 350°F.
step 1
CUT
each biscuit into quarters.
step 2
MIX
granulated sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add biscuit pieces, in batches; toss to coat.
step 3
PLACE
half the biscuit pieces in greased 12-cup fluted tube pan; drizzle with half the butter. Repeat. Sprinkle with any remaining cinnamon-sugar. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool in pan 5 min.; invert onto serving plate. Remove pan.

BEAT
cream cheese and powdered sugar in small bowl with mixer until well blended. Add 1 Tbsp. milk; beat until well blended. Blend in enough of the remaining milk until glaze is of desired consistency. Drizzle over warm bread.

My daughter asked for this instead of cake for her birthday. I didn't ice it and added pecans between the layers.

I brought this cake to a church function and everyone loved it. It is so easy to make and has simple ingredients. I will make this receipe again.

This dish was very easy to make. I loved how the outside had a sugary crust and the inside was soft and fluffy. The frosting is great as well.

This is a great recipe. t is quick and easy but tastes delicious. It is also cheap to make. Great anytime for the kids snacks. Special occassions or an anytime treat for the whole famile.

This is just like a recipe for "monkey bread" that I've made before, except I never made the icing. So I can't comment much on the icing though I've no doubt it's great. This is a very easy and tasty recipe. It's a little messy to begin with but if you're not too afraid of making a bigger mess it's fun to let the kids have a hand in making it. No way they can hurt themselves here!

Excellent recipe! I would recommend not leaving the dish in longer than the allotted time. The top may appear undercooked, however, the bottom will be overcooked if left in longer.

Absolutly delicious! Everyone I have made it for loves it. I add cream cheese to the centers of each biscuit! Once I make it I can't stop eating it.
