I've made the chicken version of this before, and we like that one. But this time we tried the pork kind. My husband said it was "good stuff," and we did not have any leftovers!

Just returning to a full-time job after 12 wks maternity leave, making dinner when I return home isn't something I have a lot of time for, nor do I have the energy. I had leftover pork tenderloin in my refrigerator and needed ideas on what to do with it. I found this stir-fry recipe, tried it and I must say, I was truly impressed. The prep time was quick and cooking time even faster. The meal was tasty and delicious... even the leftovers that I brought into work today and reheated were just as good! A+ Thank you Kraft for helping me out. Now I'm off to print out more time-saving recipes.

I tried the receipe with pork tenderloin and it was great. I marinated the tenderloin in teriakya sauce and zesty italian dressing before I stated cooking it. It was delicious and easy!!!!!

My entire family loved this... It was very easy and quick to make. I only recommend that you add salt and pepper otherwise it does taste a little bland.
