We loved it! I did make a few changes - used drumsticks and added honey. Will make again and again and again!

I think one can of pineapple would have been enough---I made a double batch and could barely find the chicken wings amid the pineapple I made a double batch and ended up with way too much pineapple--I think one can per batch would have been enough--they didn't brown like in the picture.

I tried this dish for a Sunday dinner,it was so good. I did make a few changes. fist I season the chicken with season salt and pepper, for the sauce I used honey bar b que sauce, and added 1/4 cup of honey. After the chicken cooked the first 30 minutes I pour off the grease and then put the sauce on and cook another 30 minutes. It was so good,my husband was a little eerie about putting the sauce on the rice, but when he taste it he got up to put more sauce on his rice. This is a quick and easy dish to prepare.Prep the Chicken And make the Sauce the day before and put in the fridge.

Made a double batch for a pot-luck last night. It was the first dish to go. Only change was to cook wings on a lined and Pam sprayed cookie sheet to spread the wings out for more even cooking.

I think this would be even better with Teriyaki sauce instead of BBQ sauce.
