The ratio of meat to spice was poor leaving any peice without the stuffing bland.
Family loved this meat loaf. It was somthing diffrent and had a great flavor. I made it with ground Turkey & Chicken stove top stuffing with Bar B-Q sauce.
Very delicious and simple recipe. I really liked splitting the recipe into two separate meals.
overall a very tasty recipe and the leftovers idea of turning into meatballs was a hit at my house! all the stuffing ended up making it almost too soggy though so ill use less stuffing next time
This is a very quick and easy recipe. My husband has refused to eat meatloaf for 5+ years and he even tried this. AND he liked it.
The other comments about not much taste for this meatloaf were very accurate. This was not tasty at all and will not make again.
It wasn't bad.... it just taste like hamberger and stuffing, which makes sense given the recipe, lol. My friend gave me a recipe a while back.................. STUFFED MEATLOAF............ so far out of all the meatloaf I have made, it tops them all, maybe i'll submit it? I use this site all the time got GET recipes, maybe it's about time I GIVE a recipe, ;)
This reciepe was so GOOD!! My family loved it. I made the meatloaf one night, the next night we had the meatballs. It was very easy to make.
I thought this was great, especially the bonus of the Swedish Meatballs for another dinner. I don't make meatloaf WITHOUT the stuffing anymore, I never use another type of filler (rice, breadcrumbs, crackers, etc) as the stuffing has ALL the seasoning necessary. I you don't count the water, it only has 4 ingredients. That's cool!!!
The kids love this, they feel it is more personalized and I dont think they realize it is meatloaf. Also, I can alter the ingredients well and it doesn't take as long to cook.
