This chicken dish is quick and easy! Very tasty too. I used light Miracle Whip and it still had a lot of flavor!

Very tasty! The chicken thighs I purchased were large so I decreased the oven temp to 350 after 15 minutes at 375 and baked them 10 minutes longer for a total of 40 minutes. Delicious! Served with creamed corn. Yum

It was juicy.Try coarsely grinding the stuffing instead so you can get a thorough coating.Will definately make again.

this is very good and easy, i used boneless chicken breasts also with them....and crushed the stuffing in a plastic baggie with my fist.... also good with ritz crackers smashed too....

This recipe was delicious! It was so easy to make and the cleanup was easy as well. My nephew loved the chicken. He wants me to make it again!

Delicious and my daughter loved it too (and she's very picky). I baked it an extra 10 minutes or so and it was still very moist. You just have to watch that the stuffing mix doesn't turn too hard.
