Wow! I took this dish in a very pretty bowl to a very fancy dinner and even the most picky eater loved this dish. In fact, he kept the whole bowl in front of him and took home the left overs. Everyone loved it! The berries really add some nice color. Never again will I make stuffing from scratch.

This recipe was excellent. My family and I really enjoyed it. I am not a fan of pecans, so I made the stuffing without. I can't wait to make it again. Thanks for the recipe.

I made this for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe for the number of guests that I had. It was very easy to make.

Used cornbread stuffing as the store was out of the chicken. GREAT! Served with a crockpot chicken with cream of chicken soup & white wine sauce. GREAT combo!

I really like this recipe but it's one of those recipes where some like it and some don't. My husband loves it so I will make it again for us. One thing I did differently the second time I made it was to put the cranberries and apples in with the juice and then actually simmer them for about five minutes after the juice and butter reach a boil. Otherwise, I felt the cranberries tasted too raw.

It was really good, but a bit sweet for my tastes. Next time I make it, I will use a mix of water and apple juice instead of just apple juice.
