i have omitted the pecans due to allergies, and swapped out fresh cranberries with craisins. either way, i find myself having to double/triple/quadruple this recipe and yet i still never have any leftovers :(

Doubled this recipe for Thanksgiving guests. It was great! I used a Granny Smith apple, dried cranberries, and added 1/2 cup golden raisins. YUM!!

So Delicious! I have made it for thanksgiving and I also used it for stuffed chicken. It is an excellent side dish for any occation.
