This was the first time I tried this recipe for my big Thanksgiving feast and everyone really enjoyed it. I will definately make this stuffing again- maybe for Christmas :). Very moist and great flavors with the cranberries and apples. Definately a keeper.

The secret to making this stuffing is to use dried cranberries. The first time I made it, I used raw cranberries (which the recipe calls for) but the texture was too mushy, and it tasted too tart. I also used a Brand X cheapo apple juice from the dollar store the first time. I now use a high grade of apple juice, such as Mott's unfiltered. It's awesome!

Very good! Adds good flavor to original stuffing...and it is quick to make!

Made this stuffing last Thanksgiving, and several times since. The tart apples and cranberries really make this stuffing great.

My husband loved this stuffing. He now requests that this be how I make stuffing everytime. It was a huge hit with the family.
