This recipe is excellent! The mix of the veggies and the dressing was perfect. I much rather prefer baked salmon than grilled, so this recipe was right on the money for me! If you are a fish-lover, you have to try this one!

We have had this twice already this new year. My husband says it is the best salmon we have ever had. It's a keeper and so easy!

Wonderful - couldn't find the sun-dried tomato vinaigrette at local Safeway, so substituted Italian instead - everyone loved it!

This was our Thanksgiving meal this year...I marinated the salmon in lime & basil and threw some sun-dried tomatoes and dill on the top. It turned out delicious. The salsa too was excellent - full bodied taste. Good combination!!

Very good! It was a hit at our 4th of July party. Tasty, colorful and easy! We made the salmon on the grill the day before and used this recipe with the leftover salmon as an afternoon snack. Everybody loved it!
