A gourmet meal! I followed the advice of another reader and coated the top of the fillets with just the dressing and added the salsa before serving. It was fabulous and beatiful. This would make a great company dish. My husband said the salsa was so good that he could eat it on anything.

Totally Awesome! By far my favorite salmon right now. Even better than restaurant. I use 3 fillets and bake for 15 mins. I coat the top of the fillets with just the dressing from the bottle. I prepare double the salsa and set it aside. Then right before serving, I microwave it for 25 seconds, just to warm it a bit. Then spoon it over the fillets. The salsa is very, very flavorful and fresh tasting. WE LOVE IT!

It was fabulous! A perfect Easter meal. My parents loved it and they don't normally eat salmon. There was plenty left over for me to take some for lunch the following week.

Very simple to make and a delicious twist on salmon! I love the Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette and now use it on everything!
