This is not my favorite way to have Salmon. I doubt I will be making it again.

This was very tasty. Hubby loved it but my 3 year old had a hard time with the flavor of the salsa. I will make it again. The slight crunch of the green peppers was delightful and different.

I made this recipe for the first time last night and it was a big hit. Everyone really enjoy it and can't wait until our next fish night. This is a must try recipe! You'll love it as much as we did.

I substituted anaheim chili for the green peppers and because I live in Arizona and it's already hot, I grilled the salmon. This dish was lovely; a beautiful presentation that tasted better than it looked. We're keeping this recipe!

Along with the black olives, I added calamata & instead of tomatoes & green bell peppers, I replaced them with corn. Very delicious.
