This was really great!!! I used the lower sodium stuffing because I have to watch my sodium intake, but it was still really very good!

It was delicious!! 5 thumbs up! I was nervous about making everything in a skillet instead of baking it, however, it turned out great. These are all foods that i regularly eat, so mixing them together was a great idea. The only things I did differently was seasoned my chicken and I added that cheese once I placed the food on my plate while it was still hot because, cheese can get sticky and some like it cheesy and some like no cheese at all.

Delicious. I didn't have broccoli, so I used frozen string beans (broke them in half). I added toasted almonds and dried cranberries. Yummy. Easy recipe and kids liked it too. Especially the cranberries. I might try marinating the chicken in melted cranberry jelly next time just for something different. This is a little taste of Thanksgiving any time of the year.

It's easy to make and it's one of my friends favorites. I even gave it to my mom and she loved it.
