These were DELICIOUS!!!!! My husband and his buddy ate theirs and kept saying how good they were and my toddler shoveled them in with her hands and I have to say these were soo good and without all the added butter and cream!! I left the skins on my potatoes for the nutrients and added way more cauliflower..mm.mm.mmmm

Easy to make and even though I won't touch cauliflower I loved this dish! Couldn't tell the cauliflower was even in there. :)

Very good and differant. It wasn't too favorful. Next time I will have it with gravy.

I think it needed a little more ranch dressing because the taste was there, but for the savory potato lover, a little more ranch dressing will make the difference.

Everybody was chowing down on these potatoes until I told them what was in them, funny how the mind works. they did finish them by the way.

I had doubled the recipe for my family gathering and the kids could still taste the cauliflower. It was very creamy though and I may add cheese as one of your subscribers suggested.
