Ranch Mashed Potatoes

Ranch Mashed Potatoes recipe
These mashed potatoes with creamy ranch dressing are so delicious, it seems pointless to tell the kids there's cauliflower in there too.

My kids never knew they were eating cauliflower. I've made these potatoes about 5 times now, and my husband thinks they're better than my old mashed potatoes, so I guess I'm sticking with them!
It was quite good. I added more seasoning than i probably should've but it was very good. And easy. And didn't take much time.
I took this recipe to the next level...skip the potatoes! Take two heads of well cooked cauliflower florets, add a few cloves of garlic, place in a food processor, puree, add 1/4 cup ranch dressing, mix, place the mixture in a wide baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Add a little cheese the last three minutes, sprinkle chopped parsely on top just before serving.
We had this for a big group dinner and everyone loved it!! Whenever my husband wants potatoes, he always requests these. I also added a little bit more cauliflower than the recipe suggests, because it adds so much.
just enough of a difference to make mashed potatoes with an exciting zip..Thank you
I thought these potatoes were very good. My husband really liked them also. I added about 1/2 cup extra ranch to make it a little more flaverful. I would make this again, it was so easy.
I was making a new Fish recipe for dinner and wanted a different kind of side dish. I saw the Ranch Mashed Potato recipe and decided to try it. Wooow!. My husband and I both agreed, it was absolutely delicious and really complimented the meal. Another plus was the fact it was so easy to prepare. This will now be a regular dish in this family. Thank you.
Since my family doesn't like cauliflower, I tried a variation on this one. I just increased the amount of potatoes to make up for the lack of cauliflower. Then, I added a couple of ounces of cream cheese for texture. My husband LOVED it!
My daughter doesn't like to many vegetables and this was the best way to get her to something she doesn't like and she didn't know that the cauliflower was in it.
Tried for the first time today. It was very good. I will try some of the suggestions from others who have tried this recipe.
