We make this with a plain yogurt dressing and it is kinda sweet and fantastic!

This was so fresh and tasty, I did however use a rasberry walnut dressing, sooooooo Yummy!! I will make this one a regular!

So easy and delicious! I took the recommendation of adding the dried cranberries, and they definitely added yummy!

This is great! I add dried cranberries, and use raspberry vinegarette dressing instead, or a homemade mix of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It's also great with some fresh grated parmesan cheese on top.

We loved it! I made it exactly as the recipe said but can't wait to try some of the variations other cooks suggested. Since I've never used spinach much in my meals this will definitely be a great help to me.

This is a great healthy salad!! I make it all the time...I even add some strawberries and I use a low-fat raspberry walnut vinegarette. EXCELLENT SALAD, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I made this for a gathering but replaced the Italian dressing with Light Done Right! Raspberry Vinegarette salad dressing. My family loved it. Very nutritious too.

Boyfriend and I loved this salad. He's never had apples in his salad, so he was a bit hesitant at first. He loved it and suggested using Golden Delicious apples next time. I added raisins and left out the celery
