It was easy to make and everyone in my family liked it. I used less ham than what it says but I cut it in small and short rectangles. I used part of it mixing it with the eggs and chesse and the other part I put it on top before taking it to the oven. I didn't use the cilantro because I was scared it didn't taste good.

This was so yummy. I have made it with sausage and with bacon and have added all kinds of vegetables to it. Instead of cilantro, I've mixed in basil and that's pretty tasty, too!

It was okay, but to me the cilantro just didn't "go." I will leave it out next time.

Very, very easy recipe to make and it tastes great - even cold the next day! I skipped the ham and added tomatos instead, meant to add mushrooms but I forgot. Still a really simple recipe to make - the only thing is that the cheese can get overwhelmed by the egg taste. I might try a stronger cheese next time for more flavor.

This is a very easy recipe, good for any meal of the day. I have also changed out the meats and cheeses with other combinations - Oscar Mayer Real Bacon bits with cheddar cheese and cooked and crumbled sausage with pepper jack cheese. Have used all kinds of vegetables - chopped broccoli, chopped tomatoes, chopped green or red peppers. This recipe is easy to get creative with.

My husband made this. He said it needed more cheese; I think it was very good as the recipe states it.

great recipe - very versatile. I had left over potatoes and asparagus so I threw that in. everyone loved it. Then I made it with spinach, onion and cheese. Great!

My family of 6 loved it. I made an extra one and they ate every bit of it. It is so easy and you can switch everything up. Great way to use leftovers.
