I'm not a big fan of cilantro, but with the taste of the egg and salty ham, the cilantro did not overpower this dish. Everyone thought it was good.

This is very quick and easy recipe to make. I used Smoked Turkey instead of Smoked Ham because the deli was out of Smoked Ham and I also used extra sharp cheedar cheese and added milk, salt and pepper. A side of Apple Sause goes great this. Turned out very good. Would make it again for guest.

Very easy and good. I was worried about lack of spices, but the flavors mix very well and give a lot of flavor. Lots of room to play with the ingredients too.

We had a family brunch and I made this. It was such a hit that my DD's male friend asked her to make sure she had the recipe to make it in the future.

I added chives instead of the cilantro, and some pepper, and it was SO easy and delicious. We had it for dinner with some homemade bread, so it's not just for breakfast:-)
