I would make this recipe again using breakfast sausage instead of the ham to give it more flavor. Sliced green onions would also be good in it.

This is a great recipe and very easy. It is perfect for a Saturday or Sunday morning breakfast to use up all your leftover cheese & vegtables (just like the recipe says). We made it for dinner.

The cilantro really made this dish pop.

I really enjoyed this dish. I used monterey jack instead of the mozzarella and parsley instead of cilantro. It was very good.

Last week I had company for the weekend. I served them your Easy Herb Frittata for breakfast. We all looked back into our childhood as we ate it. It reminded us all of when we were all growing up and my mother would make a Frittata similar to your recipe for us. Your recipe is fantastic and even tops the one my mother made. From now on I'll use your recipe and so will the others. Gloria

This was very good! I made it with ham and bacon. Next time, I think I'll make it with sausage and green pepper for more of a kick!

My whole family, even the young kids, liked this recipe. I made it again with broccoli, ham, and cheddar and loved it! My husband preferred the original.

It was very good! My kids really liked it too, and did not even ask about the "green stuff" that was in it :)
