Not a fan of cilantro, but added some mushrooms, onion and green pepper and it was terrific. 'Bout time there was a low-carb recipe here...I have been asking for low-carb options for months!! Not everyone wants to eat pasta and rice everyday, nor do we want to feed it to our kids...wonder why so many kids are overweight and not healthy? <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Wendy ~ Thanks for your interest in low carb recipes. I added onions. I also added salt that was a mistake. The ham has enough salt. Very good, I love the hint of cilantro.

I really enjoyed this meal for Easter brunch. I added sauteed red peppers a onion, a very good decision. The only thing I should have changed was adding more cheese, though I served extra on the side with some fresh pico de gallo. Thank you for the recipes - Rebecca

I loved this easy recipe... Being on a LFLC diet though, I was able to make this recipe with the carton of my egg subtitue, and it still tasted like real eggs... And may friends really enjoyed it too, never realizing I had not used real eggs...

this recipe was just fair. I baked this longer than it asked for because it was not done and when I took it out, the eggs had not set. I had it for breakfast the following morning and the eggs were still not set.
