Creamy Vanilla-Raspberry Pavlova

Creamy Vanilla-Raspberry Pavlova recipe
Multiple layers of texture and flavor make this dessert unique. A crisp cloud of meringue serves as a base for creamy pudding topped with fresh, juicy berries.

I didnt care for this receipe at all. I am not sure if the meringue was cooked too long or what, but I did not like it. It fell apart was too hard. The filling was really good ecspecially with the raspberries. I dont plan on making again.

Wonderful! I made this for a ladies luncheon with a diabetic friend with celiac disease in mind. I substituted a half cup of Splenda instead of sugar when making the meringue. (The meringue still tasted good with half the sugar called for.) I also used Kraft's sugar-free white chocolate pudding and fat-free Cool Whip. My friend was so happy to eat the same dessert as everyone else. The rest of the ladies were glad to indulge in something so tasty and fewer calories. I printed off copies of the recipe for everyone.

Pretty easy. Had a great "WOW" effect when my guests saw the dessert...and an even greater one when they tasted it!

This was an experiment for me.. But it turned out great..my husband's australian and he said it was better then his mum's pavlova! The only thing that went wrong at all was when i put it on the plate and started putting the pudding on top it collapse a bit..so I recommend a very flat plate..
