Creamy Vanilla-Raspberry Pavlova recipe

Multiple layers of texture and flavor make this dessert unique. A crisp cloud of meringue serves as a base for creamy pudding topped with fresh, juicy berries.

Very light, creamy pudding and raspberries and nice mixture. Kids didn't really care for the meringue, but enjoyed trying something different!

My boyfriend and I like to make this when we want a romantic evening at home. It's simple and tasty. And best of all, HE makes it!

Everyone loved this recipe. It is very sweet tasting, but low in calories. I would totally recommend this to anyone, just make sure you read the directions first and make sure you have enough time. I made the merange early, as well as the pudding. However, make sure you only put the pudding in and the fruit on top right before you serve it otherwise the merange will get soggy.

I've made this recipe several times and I love it! Our friends are always amazed and I've passed it along to them... it's really very easy to do, looks beautiful, uses on-hand ingredients, and tastes GREAT. Highly recommend trying it!
