A wonderful,refreshing dessert for any occasion. Most everyone will comment on this pavlova. You can use most any fruit other than raspberrys and it is just as good.

Melts in your mouth! Flavor explodes... sure to be a family favorite. Don't fear the merenguine-type crust - it's a cinch to make! Yum!

I substituted Splenda for the granulated sugar. Its the first dessert I've had success with using Splenda. The meringue turned out great. My teenage son, who's on diet, just loved it.
