Pretty good. I will try it next time with less pepper and more zucchini since I'm the only one in the house that likes peppers. Maybe add some broccoli too. We also added ground beef. Quick,easy and pretty good.
I have made this twice and a few different people have shared the dish with me. It never makes it more then a day, its so good. Also super easy to make.
It is a good easy dish, but missing something. I have made it with chicken and still comes out a little bland even with adding more spices and "jazzing-up" the marinara sauce. Maybe best as a side dish vs. a main dish. But will keep trying at it!
It was easy and great tasting! My picky 3-year old ate the whole portion I gave her! In the future I'm going to try adding pepperoni, sausage or chicken and mushrooms & onions.
My family loved this recipe, even my children! I did cut up chicken breast & cook in olive oil until it was almost done before adding this to the dish & baking for about 50 minutes, I added extra marinara to compensate for the extra chicken.
I sauted cubed chicken breasts with a small diced onion and green pepper in alittle oil oil then add the rest of the ingredients as directed. We liked it with the chicken and I used a spag. sauce intead of the marninade sauce. Will make again. The chicken just adds little more to this recipe and my family liked it.
I have used this recipe multiple times and it is great! It's fast and so tasty! Im not a huge pepper fan and so I just used more Zucchini and a little less pepper and it worked great!
Fast easy, husband loved it. Nothing fancy though.
Loved this recipe!! I left out the zucchini and it tasted great!!! Will definitely make it again!
I used frozen pasta I didn't thaw it and it still came out wonderful. I added a few exta veggies to make it go a little further. (I was feeding alot of people.) My two year old asked for it again at lunch the next day
