I've made this cake twice and it was amazing both times. First time I made a Lemon Cake with Raspberry Jell-o and the second time was chocolate cake with black cherry jell-o. If you make this one you HAVE to do chocolate/cherry. It is DIVINE!

made this cake for my son's 9th birthday. It was a tie-die 60's party. So with that the cake had 5 colors of jell-o and a tie-die frosting .Also used a sheet pan. It was a BIG hit . The kids and parents loved it.

Who doesn't love Poke Cake? Yummy and easy, though not the most glamorous. To make it a really simple weeknight treat, I just make the cake in a 9x13 pan.

A great summer time dessert, especially because it is served cold!

This is a classic. I love the tip for decorating with a chocolate heart. For a while, I could not have fresh strawberries. I satisfied my craving with this cake made with strawberry Jell-o. Yummy!

My family includes a few people with diabetes so I modified the recipe and make it MUCH lower in sugar and waist-line friendly. It is DELISH! Use a store bought angel food cake, sugar-free jello and sugar free cool-whip. Yummy, pretty, and easy!

My Church loves when I make this cake!!! I use orange supreme cakemix and orange jello. I blend vanilla pudding and cool whip together and put a few drops of orange extract in the icing. It taste like orange creamsicle. Yummy!!
