I made the white cake with strawberry jello and it was definitely the best I've ever made, although it did take a few tries to get the stripes right though. ;)

This was sooo easy to make. I wasn't sure about putting jello in a cake, but it was delicious. Very light and flavorful. People were suprised how easy the recipe actually was. Two thumbs up!!!!

This is one of my families new favs! We just love how moist and fluffy the cake is with the added Jell-O and the Cool Whip makes the entire thing feel light! Thanks for such a great treat!

I really liked this recipe, I made it for Valentines day for my co-workers and everyone loved it. I had to let the cool whip thaw a little for easy spreading and I also added a little bit more cool whip to the recipe. This cake reminded me of a cloud when i ate it!!!!

The poke cake was really good. I made it for Valentine's day. It was a big success. I did use cheap white icing on the inside though. And then the whipped frosting on the top to make a beautiful cake. It was delicious.
