I made this for a forth of July party using white cake, berry blue and strawberry jello alternating each color. A beautiful red white and blue delight!

This is the best cake ever, so very moist! We use lime and cherry jello for Christmas, and it just looks beautiful. This cake is a tradition for us at the holidays.

I have been making this cake for about ten years. It is the only cake I eat. I do not like traditional birthday cakes. I put a can of cherry pie filling on top, before I put on the cool whip! It is the best cake EVER!!!!!!

I have made this Poke Cake for about 25 years now. It is the absolute perfect Birthday Cake, Valentines Day Cake, Easter Cake,Christmas Cake..Everyday I Love my Family Cake. You can change the jello flavors, the cake mix types, and now even the cool whip flavors. You can bake with Holiday Shaped Cake Pans. This is the BEST!!!

Really tasty!! works very well as a sheet cake also. This is perfect in warm weather. The variations are almost limitless, take any cake mix and any jello you think will work well together. Try mixing two flavors of jello. Let the first flavor "set" in the cake in the fridge for at least an hour, then add a second flavor. Lime and cherry are great together with a "party mix"

made this for a New Years party. Top half strawberry and bottom Blueberry. Just make sure you keep it in fridge for at least 3 hours**Mine started to crack down middle. I think it still needed a little more time in the fridge. Everyone loved it still, though!!!
