Easy & delicious, only thing I did different was use a double boiler to melt the choc.(I don't like using a microwave for that)

can't believe this!!! years ago I "made up" this recipe according to the fudge recipe I use...HOWEVER...mine uses marshmallow cream that is cooked, for 5 min, and mixed with thin sliced almonds, almond flavoring, and dried sweet cherries..was using up the white chocolate that I had..also, small can of evaporated milk, you don't have any left over "to store". Will be glad to share recipe for anybody who would like..NEVER FAILS!!!!!!!

The fudge came out pretty good, but it could have been a little fudgier. I did notice it was best served cold and not at room temperature.

I love fudge and this was so good!! The addition of the cranberries is excellent, not even tart! Everything blended well!

Made the recipe exactly as described but used waxed paper instead of foil due to people saying they had problems with the foil. (BTW the waxed paper worked great!) I found it to be cloyingly sweet without much flavor. I asked my husband to taste test since he is a bigger fan of white chocolate and he said it's OK but tastes like it "needs something". I think if there were something more tart or salty to offset the sweetness it might be better.
