I've made 2 batches to give as gifts. It's really simple to make and tastes great. I like the way it looks- the cranberries are a great surprise addition.

I made the recipe twice. The first time I didn"t know the difference between condensed and evaporated milk. I used evaporated in the first recipe. Of course it didn't get hard. One of my friends at work said to bring it in and they would eat it with a spoon. Another suggested to use it like a spread over crackers or vanilla wafers. I did this and the fudge was a huge success. After making it correctly, the office staff said they prefered the spread. Both were delicious.

Great with original ingredients! I happen to think it's less sweet than traditional fudge --- which is a good thing! Delicious.

This recipe is awesome! It's a nice change from traditional milk chocolate fudge, and everyone that has tried it has loved it.

Extremely sweet. Great taste but too sweet for my family's taste.

I love this fudge and so did my in-laws last Christmas. I plan to make it again this year.
